Privacy, explained simply
Millennium Innovation collects only the information needed to operate managed websites, deliver inquiries, support client accounts, and process billing, configure products, fulfill orders, and provide shipment tracking.
Information we receive
We may receive business contact details, account information, website form submissions, change requests, approved destination links, shipping details, fulfillment and tracking records, and basic device or usage data. Stripe handles card details; Millennium does not store full card information.
How information is used
We use information to provide and secure the service, route inquiries, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers
Authentication, payments, email, infrastructure, analytics, storage, and optional AI features may be provided by carefully selected vendors that receive only the information needed to perform their service.
Optional customer texting
When a business enables customer texting, we may process recipient phone numbers, consent and opt-out records, message content, delivery status, and related order, appointment, or service references. We use this data only to deliver, secure, document, and support the business's approved messaging workflows. Messaging providers and mobile carriers receive the information required to route messages and meet legal and carrier rules. We do not sell recipient information. Recipients may reply STOP to opt out and HELP for assistance where supported.
Optional Google Calendar connection
A business owner may choose to connect Google Calendar to manage appointments. The connection requests the owner's primary Google Account email address, calendar free/busy times, and permission to see, create, update, and delete events on calendars the owner controls. Millennium uses the email address to identify the connected account, free/busy results to prevent double-booking, and event access only for appointments managed through Millennium. Appointment event data may include the service name, customer name and contact details, service address, notes, start and end time, time zone, and a Millennium booking identifier. Millennium does not request access to Gmail, contacts, Drive files, or other unrelated Google Account information.
How Google user data is protected
Google authorization credentials are encrypted at rest, and Google data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. Access is limited to authorized personnel and organization-scoped systems that need it to operate the requested scheduling service. Millennium applies signed authorization requests, access controls, audit records, and least- privilege permissions to protect connected accounts. We do not expose Google credentials to other clients.
Google Calendar data is not sold, used for advertising, or used to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models. It is not shared except with service providers that operate or secure the scheduling service. Use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
An owner can disconnect Google Calendar from the Millennium workspace at any time. Disconnecting deletes the stored Google authorization credential and stops new Calendar access. The owner may also revoke access from their Google Account. Calendar event identifiers and sync records are retained only while reasonably needed to provide the service, prevent duplicate events, investigate security incidents, or meet legal obligations. An owner may contact Millennium to request deletion of associated Google connection data, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of client-supplied information, subject to security, accounting, and legal retention obligations.
