Simple monthly cancellation

You may cancel the managed website service at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.

No long-term contract

There is no annual commitment unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. Payments for a billing period already started are not prorated or refunded except where required by law.

Customized products and setup

One-time setup, customized Smart Products, and the $12.99 standard shipping charge are not refundable once customization, setup, production, or shipment begins, except where required by law. Report shipping damage or a material configuration defect within 14 days after delivery so Millennium can inspect and, when appropriate, repair or replace the affected unit.

After cancellation

The website remains available through the paid period. Hosting, editing, inquiry delivery, AI features, and workspace access may then be paused. Client-supplied text and media may be requested within 30 days.

How to cancel

Use billing management in the client workspace or email millenniuminnovationn@gmail.com. We will confirm the effective date.

Domains

A client-owned domain remains the client’s property. Registrar fees and transfer requirements are confirmed during offboarding.
